A 25% booking fee secures your spot and comes off your total. The rest is paid the week before your session.

Bring snacks and your kid's current obsession. The rest is on me to help create moments of magic.

Questions you might be thinking
What if my toddler has a meltdown?
Children will be children, that's why I aim to photograph documentary style as your family naturally plays and interacts. If you have a notoriously shy child, please let me know in advance so I can work with you to create a fun and exciting experience for them, like a treasure hunt! I also have a diploma in early childhood education and am a mum myself, so I get it.
Which package is right for us?
Most families land on the Golden Shoot because it's the sweet spot of time, photos and price. But if nothing looks quite right, I can customise a shoot based on your needs! PLUS if you have a fun creative shoot you want to do, I am ALL EARS!
What should we wear?
It depends on your style of shoot. I typically recommend soft neutrals or denim and avoiding big logos, bold patterns or thongs! But if your family is bold and bright and that is the style you are going for, I am all for it.
Where do we shoot?
I have a handful of locations that I love and can recommend. My normal service area is 30km from North Lakes, anything outside of that will incur a minimum $50 travel fee, so I can absolutely venture over to the southside or to the coasts.
What if it rains?
The weather is a photographer's best friend and worst enemy and rain does put a damper on sessions from time to time. Communication is key and I will reach out to you as soon as I am on weather watch. Your experience with me always comes first, so I will work with you to find a new date that suits you if we have to postpone due to weather.
How many photos do we get?
Depends on the package. Mid-week Mini gets you 10, Golden Shoot is around 30, Bloom is 25 to 40 depending on the tier, and Lifestyle and Heirloom both deliver 30 to 60+. Every package comes with a fully edited online gallery and the option to download high-res images.
When will I get my photos?
I am known for getting so excited about the photos and have a track record for same-day (okay, it's normally 11pm) delivery! But due to the fact that I am a mother myself, I have a turnaround time of 14 days in my contract. I do try and get them to you as soon as I can.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens, but communication is important. Be open and let me know as soon as you can if plans change or your family is unwell. I will always try my hardest to go above and beyond to accommodate your requests when reasonable, and when it is clear that you are making your best efforts to communicate and work with me.
Do you travel outside North Lakes?
Yes! My standard service area is within 30km of North Lakes (no travel fee), and beyond that I charge a minimum $50 travel fee depending on location. Whether you're south of Brisbane or up at the coast, just mention where in the form and I'll come back with the travel cost.
I hate how I look in photos. Help.
My photography style is more documentary family photography, so I capture you as you are interacting with your family. I promise you will look at yourself with kinder eyes in 20 years time, that's why we do the photos now.
